Uniform Policy
Shirts will be provided to the drivers and must be worn at all times when operating the
vehicle or on official school board business. Shirts are to be kept clean and neat without
tears or stains or modifications
A. Pants- Black, blue, white, khakis, & jeans are acceptable to wear, so long as they are in
good repair (no rips or tears). Tight fitting lycra/spandex type pants are not acceptable.
B. Skirts must be long enough to touch the kneecap when standing. Tight fitting
lycra/spandex type skirts are not acceptable.
C. Shorts, (no shorter than three (3) inches above kneecap).Tight fitting lycra/spandex
type shorts are not acceptable.
E. Dresses must have sleeves and must be long enough to touch the top of the kneecap
when standing. Tight-fitting lycra/spandex type dresses are not acceptable.
F. Shoes must be worn which have closed toes and heel (no sandals or sling-backs). Heels
may not be more than two (2) inches high. Shoes with platform soles are not acceptable.
G. Undergarments: All drivers will wear appropriate undergarments (includes bras for
females)
H. Top Garment Uniform Shirts are to be properly worn at all times.
I. Jacket/Outer Garment The outer garment is to be the approved Straight A Student
Transport, LLC administrative staff. All jackets/outer garment must be plain in color,
free from offensive design and must be mutual and unbiased
Note: Any driver who is found to not be in compliance with the shirt and dress code
requirements outlined above, will not be permitted to operate their vehicle and will not be
paid for the day.
